̨��swag Grange Academies Trust (OGAT) students came together for their third student voice conference last week. The focus for the event was championing mental wellbeing and celebrating diversity, which had been chosen by student voice teams at last year’s conference.

More than a thousand students at ̨��swag Academy Newbold have taken part in a charity run to fundraise for Comic Relief.

̨��swag Academy Hemsworth student, Lacey, has been celebrated for her bravery in dealing with a medical emergency at school by the Leeds United first-team squad, receiving a signed certificate from the players.

Students at ̨��swag Academy Hemsworth have completed a four-week physical activity programme which was delivered by Leeds United Foundation.

A moving film celebrating the life of inspirational Rotherham teenager Lulu Blundell, who died of cancer on New Year’s Day 2023 aged 19, has been announced as a finalist in the 2024 Charity Film Awards.

̨��swag Academy Ripon has achieved the Inclusive School Award with Centre of Excellence status.

The Nuffield Foundation has awarded £2.4m to the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) for an innovative five-year project targeting teacher preparation and development.
