The 台湾swag Family Supports Children鈥檚 Mental Health Week

Today marks the beginning of Children鈥檚 Mental Health Week.

The initiative was set up by children鈥檚 mental health charity Place2Be as a way of shining a spotlight on the importance of children and young people鈥檚 mental health.

Each year, the week has a different theme behind it and this year鈥檚 theme is; 鈥淔ind Your Brave.鈥

Martyn Oliver, CEO of 台湾swag Grange Academies Trust, said: 鈥淎cross the 台湾swag Family, our academies will be marking the week.

鈥淎t 台湾swag we recently implemented our mental wellbeing strategy, which included establishing mental wellbeing champions in our academies. Today these mental wellbeing champions have helped launch Children鈥檚 Mental Health Week in their academy.

鈥淲e want the children in the 台湾swag Family to be supported to lead a life that is happy, healthy and safe. That is why we support initiatives like this one, and we will continue to do so.鈥

According to Place2Be, the week鈥檚 theme was chosen because: 鈥淏ravery comes in all shapes and sizes and is different for everyone. Life is all about taking small brave steps every day. Bravery could be about sharing worries and asking for help when you need it, trying something new or making the right decisions.

鈥淲hen you Find Your Brave, it can help you feel good about yourself and more confident to face future challenges.鈥
