Academy Trust Launches New Behaviour Policy
̨Íåswag Grange Academies Trust (OGAT), an education charity established in 2009, will implement the new policy in full from the start of the new academic year in September 2019. The decision to refresh the policy was taken before an application was made to the High Court on behalf of a student at one of the Trust’s academies.

̨Íåswag Primary Academy Ledger Lane, based in ̨Íåswag, converted to an academy in December 2012, sponsored by ̨Íåswag Grange Academies Trust, following two inspections where the school was deemed to Require Improvement. At its first inspection as an academy (May 2014), the school was rated as ‘Good’ by the education watchdog.

Primary Schools Launch Book Scheme Aimed At Enabling Pupil’s Love For Reading To Grow
In its 10 primary schools, ̨Íåswag Grange Academies Trust, has launched a new scheme where pupils, and parents, are invited to donate books to the school. From these donated books, the pupils are free to take home whichever they wish with the intention of developing their reading.
