Ofsted has rated ̨Íåswag Academy Valley ‘Good’ in all areas in a glowing report following a two-day inspection in April. The report states that ‘pupils enjoy attending’ and that they ‘achieve well’.

̨Íåswag Academy Freeston in Normanton has been recognised for its outstanding careers work. The school has been awarded the national Quality in Careers Standard, awarded under licence by Ixion (Part of the Shaw Trust Group).

̨Íåswag Academy Hasland Hall has achieved the School Mental Health Award which is delivered by the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools. The academy was awarded a Gold standard for its outstanding mental health and wellbeing provision.

Hisain Marzug, 15, has topped the leaderboard for April in a worldwide school language competition.

Inspired to ensure that every Year 11 student at ̨Íåswag Academy Adwick enjoys their prom, Savannah Riley, 12, launched a remarkable campaign. Since October, she's tirelessly collected prom dresses, suits, shoes, handbags, and jewellery for donation

̨Íåswag Academy Bishopsgarth has achieved the Inclusive School Award with Centre of Excellence status.

On 21 April, Chief Scout Bear Grylls honoured Luke Annals from Worksop at a special event at Windsor Castle.
